OUR FORGED PROCESS
RevoZport forged motorsport wheels begin in CAD, where we set brake-clearance envelopes, offsets, and bolt patterns, then run FEA for cornering, braking, and impact loads. We iterate optimization → FEA → refinement to hit strict stiffness-to-weight targets. Production uses premium 6061 custom blanks forged on a 12-ton press to align grain flow, followed by T6 heat treatment and precision CNC machining of hub bores, pad, spokes, and bead seats for hub-centric fitment and OEM TPMS compatibility.
Every wheel is validated with dimensional QC and durability testing—radial fatigue, cornering fatigue, and impact—to SAE J2530 and JWL/VIA standards. This combination of FEA-driven engineering, controlled forging/heat-treat, precision machining, and standards-based validation defines a true motorsports wheel.
